SPAC
Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC), is the theme for this year's summit. The summit headlines a minimum of four companies in key strategic sectors as SPAC listings, whilst featuring listed SPACs with introduction to potential acquisition target companies, in an elegant, COVID safe corporate atmosphere.
SUSTAINABILITY
The focus of the Summit is SPACs as a vehicle for sustainable business practices when utilized as a short-term exit strategy for investors, whilst being used as an instrument to capitalize business, and sustainability in terms of stewardship to our planet.
