Overview
Zoë Harries has a background in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Special Economic Zones (SEZ) Advisory, Zoë supports governments, multilateral organizations and SEZs in accelerating sustainable economic growth through SEZ development, investment attraction and trade promotion. Zoë also provides cross-border trade and investment services to companies.
Zoë has extensive experience in industrial parks and special economic zones (SEZ) development and is highly skilled in pre-feasibility studies, PPP business modelling, value proposition development and positioning, sector targeting and cluster development. She offers intellectual guidance and advisory services to governments, special economic zones and business parks to attract foreign investment, including investment attraction strategy and facilitation.
In her role as Project Director at World Free Zones Organization in Dubai, UAE , Zoë setup the Advisory Division and provides ongoing support to SEZ sand Governments, including global identifying global sector-specific best practices and bench mark studies.
With excellent cross-cultural communication and people management skills, Zoë has a proven track record in effectively managing multi-stake holder projects across the globe. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and is a keynote speaker and provide lectures at leading universities in Europe and Middle East.
