Dr. Avv. Daniele D’ Alvia is a pioneer in the studies on Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) who believes in the importance of financial literacy and self-regulation.
He I advises clients on SPACs in the U.S. and Worldwide.
Since 2014, he has published extensively on SPACs, and is now writing the first book ever on SPACs published by Routledge in 2021.
In 2017, he was awarded the prestigious Colin B. Picker Prize by the American Society of Comparative Law for one of his papers on SPACs.
He is leading research projects on SPACs both at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies and Harris Manchester College (Centre for Commercial Law Studies) University of Oxford.
